Pop No Corn at SIAL Innovation 2026: Redefining Healthy Functional Snacking
Pop No Corn at SIAL Innovation 2026: Redefining Healthy Functional Snacking
We were incredibly proud to learn that Pop No Corn Classic Sweet was selected by the independent SIAL Innovation jury and will therefore be part of the SIAL Innovation Selection 2026, which brings together products recognised for their innovation.
This recognition makes us very proud and reinforces our commitment to continuing to develop foods where innovation, taste and nutrition go hand in hand.
At Equanto, we pay close attention to how consumer choices and their relationship with food are evolving — what they are looking for, what the market is telling us and how science can help us do better.
Across all our brands, healthy eating has always been one of our key areas of focus, as we believe in the impact that good food choices can have on our health and well-being. More recently, functional foods have become an important part of this focus, and it was within this context that we created WHY Foods — a brand designed to offer healthy, tasty and accessible food products suited to different lifestyles.
Over the past year, we have seen a growing focus on fibre and digestive health — a trend that appears to be here to stay and is expected to become increasingly relevant over the coming years.
With this in mind, we aim to develop products that combine taste and indulgence with taking care of what we eat and, ultimately, taking care of ourselves. Because taste and health can go hand in hand. Pop No Corn is one such example. Although they may seem like simple snacks at first glance, they aim to offer something different, both in the enjoyment of eating them and in their composition: they have no added sugars, are low in sugars and contain prebiotic fibre from native chicory inulin, a fibre that helps nourish the gut microbiota.
We will be at SIAL 2026, from 17 to 21 October, at stand 2 N 050. Come and visit us to discover not only Pop No Corn, but also our latest innovations.
